About This Position

***$100 weekly production/attendance bonus - can be making up to $21.50/hour***

Job Summary

The Quality Control Associate is responsible for ensuring customer orders are accurate, complete, and meet company quality standards before shipment. This role plays a critical part in reducing errors, improving customer satisfaction, and supporting efficient warehouse operations by inspecting products, verifying order details, and documenting discrepancies.

Key Responsibilities

• Review and verify customer orders for accuracy, including item count, product type, packaging, and labeling
• Inspect products for damage, defects, or quality issues prior to shipment
• Compare pick tickets, packing slips, and system data to ensure order consistency
• Identify, document, and report order discrepancies or quality issues to supervisors
• Work closely with picking, packing, and shipping teams to correct errors
• Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs), safety guidelines, and quality standards
• Maintain accurate quality control records and reports
• Support continuous improvement efforts to reduce order errors and returns
• Assist with audits, inventory checks, and other operational tasks as needed

What You'll Need

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Must be a self-starter who can work well with people in a correctional facility in a professional, upbeat manner.
• Ability to lift up to 70lbs.
• Familiarity with computers (including Microsoft Office programs) preferred
