Location: Warehouse Distribution Center

Industry: Third-Party Logistics (3PL) – Amazon Package Distribution

Position Overview

We are seeking experienced and reliable Sit-Down Forklift Operators to join our fast-paced warehouse team. This facility supports Amazon package distribution in a high-volume 3PL environment. The majority of packages are lightweight, with approximately 95% of products being light and easy to handle.

This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who enjoy working in a performance-driven environment with significant overtime opportunities. High-performing employees may have the opportunity to work 10-12 hour shifts daily and maximize their weekly earnings through overtime and Saturday work.

Available Shifts

Choose from one of the following start times:

• 6:00 AM
• 9:00 AM
• 2:00 PM

Schedules are Monday through Friday, with daily overtime available and mandatory or voluntary Saturday overtime based on business needs.

• Starting Pay: $18.00 per hour

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

• Operate a sit-down forklift safely and efficiently throughout the warehouse.
• Load, unload, move, stack, and stage products and materials.
• Transport Amazon packages and freight within the facility.
• Accurately scan, track, and organize inventory.
• Assist with receiving, shipping, and warehouse operations as needed.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
• Follow all safety procedures, company policies, and productivity standards.
• Work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-volume distribution environment.

Qualifications

• Previous sit-down forklift experience required.
• Ability to safely operate warehouse equipment.
• Ability to work on your feet for extended periods.
• Must be dependable and punctual.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.
• Ability to work overtime and Saturdays as needed.
• Experience in distribution, logistics, or fulfillment centers is a plus.

Physical Requirements

• Frequent standing, walking, bending, and lifting.
• Ability to lift packages throughout the shift.
• Most packages are lightweight (approximately 95%), with occasional heavier items.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment while meeting productivity goals.
