LionGrove LLC is a private equity firm focused on hospitality investments. We own four hotels and operate three: Wyndham Grand Rio Mar Puerto Rico Golf & Beach Resort, Wyndham Palmas Beach and Golf Boutique Resort, and ADERO Scottsdale Resort, Autograph Collection. Our corporate headquarters is in Miami, Florida. We are a growth-oriented organization with plans to expand our portfolio and are building an internal talent acquisition function to support that growth.

Position Summary

The Corporate Recruiter will own end-to-end recruitment for all leadership positions across LionGrove's hotel portfolio and corporate office. This includes General Managers, Vice Presidents, Directors, executive committee members, and corporate functional leaders. The recruiter will partner closely with property-level Directors of Human Resources, corporate leadership, and the executive team to build pipelines, source passive candidates, manage the full recruitment lifecycle, and deliver high-quality hires that align with LionGrove's culture and standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the full-cycle recruiting process for all leadership and management openings across the portfolio: intake, sourcing, screening, interview coordination, reference checks, offer negotiation, and onboarding handoff.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for high-priority roles (General Managers, Directors of Operations, Directors of Food & Beverage, Directors of Sales & Marketing, Controllers, Executive Chefs, and corporate VPs/Directors).
• Proactively source passive candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, hospitality industry networks, alumni databases, and competitive intelligence.
• Partner with property-level DHRs to support and accelerate management-level hiring at each hotel.
• Reduce reliance on external search firms by handling the majority of leadership searches in-house.
• Maintain and continuously improve the candidate experience and LionGrove employer brand.
• Implement and manage recruitment technology: ATS, sourcing tools, assessment platforms, and reporting dashboards.
• Provide weekly/monthly reporting on open requisitions, time-to-fill, source-of-hire, cost-per-hire, and pipeline health.
• Stay current on hospitality compensation trends, talent market intelligence, and competitive activity.
• Support diversity, equity, and inclusion goals through targeted sourcing and partnerships.

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of proven corporate (in-house) recruiting experience, with at least 3 of those years in the hospitality industry (hotels, resorts, or hotel management companies).
• Demonstrated experience filling leadership and executive-level hospitality positions (General Manager, Director-level, VP-level).
• Expert-level proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search techniques, and modern sourcing methods.
• Hands-on experience with at least one major Applicant Tracking System (Workday, Greenhouse, iCIMS, Lever, SmartRecruiters, or similar).
• Strong understanding of US employment law as it relates to recruiting and hiring.
• Ability to work autonomously in a remote-first environment while managing competing priorities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; bilingual Spanish-English is a strong plus (Puerto Rico operations).
• Bachelor's degree preferred; equivalent professional experience will be considered.

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience recruiting for Marriott, Hilton, Hyatt, or comparable branded hotel portfolios.
• Experience supporting multi-property or multi-brand portfolios.
• Familiarity with Caribbean and Southwestern US hospitality talent markets.
• Experience working with private equity-owned or institutionally-owned hospitality assets.
• Professional certifications such as PHR, SHRM-CP, AIRS CIR, or LinkedIn Certified Professional Recruiter are desirable but not strongly required.
