Senior Staff Accountant

Repro Products, Inc., established in 1979, is a leader in reprographic services, color printing, and 3D laser scanning. We provide cutting edge printers, copiers, and office technology from top manufacturers including Brother, HP, Kyocera, Toshiba, Xerox, and Zebra.
Our affiliated company, The Color Spot, Inc., founded in 2003, specializes in vehicle wraps, trade show graphics, signage, apparel decoration, and large format printing solutions.
We are seeking a Senior Staff Accountant to report directly to the CFO. This is an excellent opportunity to contribute to a growing company while taking on a key role in accounting and financial operations. If you enjoy a collaborative and fast paced environment, you will thrive here.
Position Summary
• Perform general accounting functions including financial reporting and analysis
• Evaluate and improve financial controls, policies, and procedures
• Take ownership of responsibilities while collaborating with leadership across departments
• Build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders
• Complete bank reconciliations and balance sheet account reconciliations
• Support internal reporting and assist with special projects as needed
• Manage various tax filings including sales and property taxes
• Cross train across accounting functions to ensure team coverage
Preferred Qualifications
• Strong analytical and accounting skills with a solid understanding of GAAP
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and data analysis
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting from an accredited university
• 3 or more years of accounting or audit experience, preferably a combination of both
• Experience preparing financial statements and account reconciliations
• Budgeting and forecasting experience
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with excellent organization
• Self starter with leadership potential and growth mindset
• Experience with lease agreements, service contracts, and commission calculations is a plus
• Experience with ECI E automate or QuickBooks is a plus
• Background in Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and inventory is a plus
