Job Description: Security Officers: Armed and Unarmed Security Officers with the following qualifications and requirements:

Unarmed Security Officers: Security officers that have a minimum of one year of security officer experience within the last three years, excluding training, and possess a valid security officer license.

Armed Security Officers: Security officers with a minimum of three years of experience within the last five years of experience as an armed security officer, excluding training and possess a valid security officer license, specifically trained in personal protection by Texas DPS and possess the required state of Texas permits and directives to carry a weapon or concealed weapon.

All security personnel must:

Have the knowledge and skills to use a computer and be familiar with the operation of computers.

Be a high school graduate or hold a GED.

Report for duty in a neat, clean, pressed, and in good physical condition uniform and required equipment. Not depart assigned duty area(s) until properly relieved. Under no circumstances must any assigned duty area be left abandoned.

Maintain valid security licenses throughout the contract. Client reserves the right to request copies of proof of valid licenses throughout the contract.

Be fluent in English with the ability to receive, give and understand written and oral instructions.

Not use Client equipment for personal use. Use of Client property for personal use is grounds for removal of personnel from the contract.

Remain awake and alert during the duration of their shift.

Be polite and show respect for others to including Client employees, contractors, and visitors, and a high level of professionalism and a business-like demeanor always.

Use proper business, telephone and two-way radio etiquette.

Maintain a neat and clean appearance and dressed in appropriate uniform when on Client property.

Be able to walk unassisted a minimum of 300 yards, climb 3 flights of stairs, and be able to lift and carry 50 pounds.

All personnel who will be driving to perform the services under this contract or drive to and from Client work locations must:

Possess a valid Driver License acceptable in the state of Texas.

Have no Driving Under Influence (DUI) or Driving While Intoxicated (DWI) incidents on driving record within the past three years.

Have no more than two moving violations on driving record within the past three years.

Work Environment and Schedule:

• Job operates in client sites which could be indoors or outdoors.
• Position requires prolonged standing and walking, in the performance of daily security activities.
• Open availability Nights, Weekends, Holidays and overtime as directed(overtime occurs).
• Work various shifts and Holidays as assigned.
