Zaxby’s is seeking a Restaurant Assistant Manager to support daily Food & Beverage Operations and the Restaurant General Manager. You’ll help lead a high-energy team, uphold Zaxby’s standards of Southern hospitality, and ensure outstanding guest experiences. Key duties include supervising staff, assisting with scheduling, training and coaching team members, monitoring food quality and safety, and maintaining a clean, welcoming restaurant. You’ll help drive sales, manage inventory, support cash handling, and resolve guest concerns.
