Job Description:
ComCap Management is seeking a part-time , on-site Resident Coordinator to support daily operations at an affordable senior multifamily apartment community. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about resident engagement, customer service, and maintaining a well‐run, welcoming community environment.
The Resident Coordinator will report directly to the Property Manager and assist with a variety of essential functions, including resident satisfaction, apartment leasing, administrative support, and coordination of maintenance and repair needs. This position is expected to transition into a full-time role around May, offering a strong growth opportunity for the right candidate.
