The Program Manager for Citizens Private Wealth is responsible for leading and executing strategic initiatives that enhance the Private Wealth platform, improve client experience, and drive consistent sales and investment execution across the organization. This role operates at the intersection of Wealth Leadership, Private Banking, Commercial Banking, Operations, Technology, Compliance, and Sales Enablement.
The Program Manager ensures that key business priorities including platform enhancements, operating model evolution, CRM optimization, partnership integration, and incentive alignment are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned to Citizens' broader enterprise strategy. This individual acts as a central coordinator and strategic driver, ensuring Private Wealth initiatives are implemented with discipline, transparency, and measurable impact.

Pay Transparency
The salary range for this position is $144,000 - 185,000 per year plus an opportunity to earn an annual discretionary bonus. Actual pay is based on various factors including but not limited to the work location, and relevant skills and experience.
