Position Title: Youth and Family Director Position Type: Full Time Description: Faith Lutheran Church is seeking a full-time Youth Director to lead and nurture our ministry with middle school and high school youth. This position provides spiritual leadership, program development, and relational ministry grounded in the Gospel of Jesus Christ and the mission of the church. The Youth Director will plan and lead regular youth gatherings, support youth and families, coordinate volunteers, and work collaboratively with pastoral staff and church leadership. This is a full-time position , reflecting the congregation’s commitment to sustained, relational, and intentional ministry with young people.
