Job Description

• Precision Classification: Accurately identify and name defects by cross-referencing visual data with our comprehensive Defect Catalog.
• Data Integrity: Ensure all classifications are recorded timely and accurately to support downstream engineering decisions.
• Informed Decision-Making: Use facts, production goals, and known constraints to make high-quality decisions under pressure.
• Process Improvement: Apply Breakthrough Thinking to suggest fresh ideas and solutions for workplace challenges and workflow bottlenecks.
