About the Role We’re hiring a Plant Operator to support daily aggregate plant operations by maintaining a clean, safe, and organized work environment. This role assists with material handling, plant maintenance, and equipment operation to ensure efficient and safe production. What You’ll Do Perform routine inspections and preventative maintenance on plant equipment Troubleshoot and repair minor mechanical issues within the plant Clean and clear debris from under conveyors and around equipment Lubricate and grease conveyors and other moving parts Safely operate skid steers, forklifts, small loaders, and other equipment as needed Transport materials, tools, and equipment throughout the plant Maintain a clean, organized, and hazard‑free work environment Follow all safety procedures and plant standards Maintain regular in‑person attendance Perform additional duties as assigned by management Physical Requirements Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds Prolonged periods of standing, walking, and sitting Ability to safely climb and descend ladders and navigate plant facilities Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions Willingness to work outside of normal business hours as needed What You Bring High school diploma or equivalent Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record Ability to stick weld and use a cutting torch Strong written and verbal communication skills Dependability, positive attitude, and willingness to learn Ability to work safely and efficiently as part of a team Mechanical skills are beneficial but not required What We Offer Medical, dental, and vision insurance 401(k) investment program with employer match Paid Time Off (PTO) Holiday pay Employer‑paid Employee Assistance Program If you’re ready to support plant operations and be part of a team that values safety, reliability, and long‑term success, we encourage you to apply!
