Lead Package Handler

Now hiring Lead Package Handler Location Carlsbad, CA Pay Rate: $21.25 per hour Shift: Training Schedule: 9:00 AM 6:00 PM | 5 days per week Post-Training Schedule: 7:00 AM 6:00 PM | MondayThursday (32 regular hours + 8 overtime hours weekly) Will cover Fridays as needed and work some Saturdays

• Minimum of 4 years of warehouse or package handling experience
• Prior leadership or lead experience strongly preferred
• Ability to stand for extended shifts in a fast-paced environment
• Capability to safely lift and move packages up to 50 lbs
• Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail
• Comfortable working overtime and flexible scheduling as needed
• Able to lift 50 lbs.
• Lead daily package handling operations in a high-volume warehouse setting
• Support workflow coordination and ensure packages are processed accurately and on time
• Assist with training and guiding package handlers during shifts
• Load, unload, sort, and move packages throughout the facility
• Maintain safety, productivity, and quality standards on the floor
