Touchdown Business Solutions is seeking an IT Manager in the southern Indiana area. What You'll Do
Manage and support our ERP environment
Provide day-to-day technical leadership
Maintain and improve servers, networks, PCs, and IT infrastructure
Troubleshoot hardware, software, networking, and user support issues
Partner with leadership and vendors to improve technology operations
Assist with projects involving cybersecurity, system upgrades, automation, and process improvements
Oversee relationships with software and technology vendors
A strong application will have a strong understanding of:
Preferred Qualifications
Degree in Information Technology or related field
Relevant certifications and equivalent experience considered
Experience managing IT operations in a multi-department business environment
