Key responsibilities Coordinate with PEO Specialists to enhance retention and new sales activities, ensuring a seamless benefits selling experience Maintain knowledge of PEO industry markets and products to effectively service agents/brokers and support renewals Utilize internal systems for tracking sales activities and metrics, and assist agents/brokers in presenting products to clients Required qualifications HS Diploma or GED equivalent required; Associate's degree preferred 2+ years of professional experience in a selling or telemarketing environment Understanding of insurance and PEO products, preferably from a PEO marketing or selling program Active Life & Health License must be obtained within 90 days of employment Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office and proficiency in web browsers
