Job Title: Event Manager / Coordinator

We are seeking an experienced Event Manager / Coordinator to support two flagship Global Markets events. This is a contract opportunity for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments and has a strong background delivering high-quality corporate events.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate logistics for two large-scale Global Markets events (Bridge and HFES)

• Partner with event owners, internal stakeholders, and vendors to ensure smooth execution

• Assist with event budgets, timelines, and overall project management

• Coordinate with internal teams such as marketing, communications, and sales

• Manage relationships with external vendors including catering, AV, and dcor

• Maintain event websites and registration platforms

• Coordinate travel and accommodation for speakers and attendees as needed

• Provide on-site event support including registration, catering, and AV coordination

• Conduct post-event evaluations, track KPIs, and recommend improvements

Requirements

• 35 years of event management experience (financial services experience preferred)

• Proven ability to deliver high-quality events on time and within budget

• Strong project management, organizational, and communication skills

• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

• High attention to detail and accuracy

• Experience with event management platforms, registration systems, and digital event tools

• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate with internal teams and vendors
