Job Summary:
The Freight Analyst is responsible for managing all aspects of freight reconciliation for internal fleet. Activity is processed in PDI and ancillary systems. Responsibilities will include written and verbal communications and collaboration with various internal departments and management. Monitor carrier activity and implement processes to streamline invoice reconciliation and discrepancy resolution. The position requires the ability to multi-task and ability to pivot as needed. REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor's degree in business or related field and / or 1 to 3 years of business experience. Combination of education and experience indicates that the candidate is qualified to perform the essential functions of the position will be considered. Candidates must have well-developed communication and organizational skills, accuracy, and attention to detail as well as the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Knowledge of Microsoft suite of tools; Excel to include advanced tools, Access, Power BI and other desktop applications a plus.
