Digital Marketing Manager We are currently seeking an experienced and creative Digital Marketing Manager to oversee our digital campaign performance and content creation. In this position, you will be responsible for the management of all digital platforms, including developing strategies to increase traffic and social media presence, establishing schedules for the release of articles or blog posts, and monitoring performance to measure the success of the campaign. Our ideal candidate is an expert in attribution marketing using G4. When you find dips in our digital marketing performance, you must make adjustments as necessary to keep the lead funnel full and within budget. You will also manage the progress of your team and ensure they meet departmental goals and deadlines. Responsibilities Oversee management of updates, design, and user experience on all digital channels Assure team is monitoring, engaging and building upon daily messaging and posts Assure effective, cohesive, and engaging messaging per brand guidelines Conduct and report analysis of site and social traffic and site traffic Establish and monitor ROI and KPIs Create, maintain, and implement digital marketing and editorial calendars Management of and support to our international Marketing team Requirements and Qualifications Bachelor's degree in marketing, communication, or related field 5+ years of experience in marketing and team management; with at least 3 years in digital marketing management Solid understanding of eCommerce, PPC, SEO, and SEM Knowledge of media editing software (photo and video) Strong social media experience Working knowledge of web design principles, best practices, and content management platforms Working knowledge of email campaign marketing platforms Demonstrated ability to develop and execute sales and marketing strategies Excellent communication skills Familiarity with Semrush, Screaming Frog, Google Analytics and Webmaster Tools; Salesforce experience a plus #J-18808-Ljbffr
