JOB SUMMARY: The Associate Project Manager supports the planning and execution of projects under the guidance of senior project managers. This entry-level role focuses on coordinating tasks, managing schedules, and ensuring projects meet deadlines and client expectations. Location: Candidates must be located in Illinois, Texas, Colorado, or Michigan. For individuals based in our Michigan and Illinois locations, this will be a hybrid role, requiring both in-office and remote work. For candidates in Texas and Colorado, this position will be fully remote. GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES: Assist in project planning and scheduling. Coordinate tasks and track project progress. Communicate project updates to stakeholders. Manage project documentation and files. Support resource allocation and management. Assist in risk identification and mitigation. Prepare project status reports. Facilitate team meetings and discussions. Manage communication between project teams and clients. Ensure project tasks are completed on time. Monitor project budgets and expenses. Assist in quality assurance processes. Participate in project kick-off and closure activities. Support senior project managers in day-to-day activities. Maintain project management tools and software. Requirements KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/ATTRIBUTES REQUIRED: Organizational skills Time management Problem-solving abilities Ability to work in a team environment Proficiency in project management software Basic understanding of project management principles Project management processes and tools Basic budgeting and financial tracking Documentation and reporting techniques Stakeholder communication strategies The hiring range for this discipline within our industry is $55,000.00 to $65,00.00. Where an employee is paid within this range will depend on multiple factors including, but not limited to location, years of experience, education, internal pay structure, and other contributing factors.
