Mountain Biking
Mountain biking and exercise are very important parts to Emily’s well-being. As school and work days can be long, Emily uses mountain biking and other sports to relax and reset her mind. This is also a great way to stay fit and healthy which she believes is important to being a well-rounded person. She also loves the thrill of riding bikes fast down mountain trails.

Cooking
Cooking is a major part of nutrition, where we can control what ingredients go into our food, as well as make foods that are healthy and foods that we love. Emily is always practicing her cooking skills so when she works in nutrition education, she has first hand experience and can teach others how to prepare their own meals.
