Job Responsibilities
- Greet customers or professional contractors in a friendly manner upon entry into the yard or store.
- Greet and assist customers with loading and unloading equipment and attachments and inspect equipment upon return to ensure it is returned in good order.
- Interact with customers on basic instructions and returns.
- Maintain yard in a clean and orderly condition to ensure a safe and clean working environment and to create an appealing appearance to customers.
- Operate forklift to merchandise and stock yard and warehouse.
- Load materials for customers onto company delivery vehicles.
- Unload incoming freight and move to it’s appropriate department or location.
- Accurately build loads and prepare materials for delivery.
- Remove snow, dirt and debris and wash equipment so it’s ready for sale or rent.
- Assist other departments as needed.
- Attend safety training, comply with and maintain full understanding of State and federal regulations.
- Perform daily safety and maintenance checks.
- Operate equipment according to standard operating procedures and guidelines.
- Observe all safety policies, rules and regulations.
- Perform routine inspection of equipment and report equipment defects or damage to the supervisor; cleans equipment, as necessary.
Requirements
JOB QUALIFICATIONS
- 1 year of experience operating compact construction equipment.
- Must be competent at operating compact construction equipment.
- Strong customer service skills.
- Ability to pass a criminal background screening.
- Must have a valid drivers license.
- Must be able to lift up to 75 lbs.
- Forklift experience preferred.
- Basic computer proficiency.

- Highly Sought After Schedule: Monday – Friday, 7:30 am - 4:30 pm! No weekends!
- Work Location: Our Hudson, NH recently renovated state-of-the art facility!
- Bobcat of New Hampshire has 2 NH locations: Hudson/Londonderry and Chichester as well as Bobcat of Cape Cod and our newest location Bobcat of South Shore in Bridgewater, MA opening in June 2024.
- Pay: $18 - $22 per hour based on a 42.5 hour workweek
- Benefits enrollment is first of month following 30 days of employment.
