Mooresville, NC Pay Rate: $17.00 $18.00 per hour Shift: 12 hours shift / 2-2-3 Rotation / Day Shift 7 am to 7 pm / Night Shift 7 pm to 7 am

The Daily Grind (aka What You'll Do):

• Load, unload, sort, stack, inspect, and move product by hand or with equipment
• Pick, pack, and prep items so every order ships right
• Stay on your feet, lift up to 50 lbs, and keep pace all shift
• Follow safety rules and help keep the floor clear
• Show up steady and put in a real day's work
• Pay attention details make the difference
• Be open to learning and improving every shift
• Work side by side with your crew no drama, just teamwork
• Flex for different shifts or overtime when needed
• At least one year of packing/palletizing experience is required
