In this role, you will hold total accountability for the final testing, structural finishing, and quality assurance of water, sewer, and storm systems. Site Logistics & Logistics Support: Manage material hauling and trailer towing; oversee job site restoration and clean-up to maintain an organized, professional presence. Inter-Crew Collaboration: Provide strategic support to main pipe crews, bridging the gap between high-volume installation and final technical closeout. What You Need To Succeed (Qualifications) Florida Utility Expertise: A minimum of 5 years of proven experience in water distribution, sanitary sewer, and storm drainage installation specifically within the State of Florida. Specialized Skills: Demonstrated proficiency in dewatering operations and expert-level cement/invert work on manholes and catch basins. Compensation & Premium Benefits Competitive Hourly Pay: $35.00 – $45.00 per hour (DOE), paid on a reliable weekly cycle. Equipped for Success: Company Vehicle provided for professional use. Financial Incentives: Eligibility for Annual and Performance-based bonuses. Health & Wellness: Comprehensive Health Insurance options to support you and your family.
