Join us to co-create solutions for a better future! Job Details Transactional Data Coordinator, Chicago, IL. Position Type: Contract (6 months). Shift: 1st shift (7:00 AM–3:30 PM), flexible. Work Location: 7300 South Kedzie Ave, Chicago, IL 60629. Responsibilities Perform weekly, monthly and daily close transactions, including monitoring and correcting transactional errors that affect data integrity and inventory management. Maintain BOM data in SAP & Meridian and manage SAP adjustments for damages, spillage, expiration, ATDs and write‑offs. Support procurement and inventory accuracy through cycle counts, physical inventory, and wall‑to‑wall inventories for raw, pack and FG items. Ensure 100% compliance with SOX, internal audits and monthly Corporate Warehouse Audit requirements. Audit data entry and inventory practices to ensure compliance with Client policies, and serve as Plant Data Steward ensuring BOM accuracy. Analyze data and trends and provide recommendations to management for process improvement. Lead efforts to reduce waste (e.g., DUVs and FG inventory) and support root‑cause problem solving and training. Backup other responsibilities as needed. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree required. 3+ years of experience in transactional data, manufacturing or supply‑chain environment. Strong SAP experience. Excellent leadership, interpersonal and analytical skills. Proficient with MS Office and written/verbal communication. Prior experience in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment and with material‑flow management. Experience implementing World‑Class Manufacturing tools, Lean or TPM principles preferred. Background in Lean manufacturing systems and Six Sigma tools preferred. Open for W2 candidates only. Benefits Competitive pay range: $44.00–$46.89 per hour.
