The AMP Training Team supports schools by providing clear, practical training and resources that help educators confidently implement program supported tools and strengthen classroom instruction. Our team works closely with partner schools to deliver engaging professional development, training materials, and provide ongoing support that helps teachers meet the needs of their students. Guided by our mission to empower schools through actionable training and personalized support, the team focuses on building strong relationships with educators and helping schools understand the solution to everyday instructional challenges. We are a collaborative group of problem-solvers committed to delivering creative solutions and meaningful support that improve teacher confidence, increase adoption of our tools, and ultimately support student engagement and success.
Eligibility: This is a remote position requiring some school based time, open to residents of Ohio willing to travel to schools in the Cleveland Area
Develop and deliver training sessions for teachers and school leaders related to curriculum and instructional technology tools offered within our AMP ecosystem
Create training resources including videos, guides, presentations, templates and support materials for teachers
Support the rollout and implementation of curriculum tools, instructional programs, and learning platforms
Collaborate with internal teams to develop clear and effective training materials
Provide support to teachers as they implement new tools or instructional strategies
Facilitate virtual and in-person training sessions for school staff
Assist in the creation and maintenance of training documentation, guides, and internal resources
Identify common teacher challenges and develop training resources to address those needs
Support the development of professional learning plans and ongoing training initiatives
Collaborate and communicate effectively, humbly, and respectfully with school leaders, teachers, and internal teams
Travel locally to schools to support training, professional development sessions, and support
Assist with other training and professional learning initiatives as assigned
Perform other duties as assigned
Current Ohio teaching license and some teaching experience preferred
Ability to pass federal and state criminal background checks
Ability to properly manage confidential information
Strong understanding of instructional technology as it relates to teaching practices
Ability to clearly explain instructional strategies, technology tools, and processes to educators clearly and in simple steps.
Strong written and verbal communication skills
High level of energy and high comfort level with presenting and facilitating both virtually and in person
Highly organized and detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple projects and timelines and to meet deadlines
Ability to travel locally to support school-based training and professional development
Positive, solution-focused team player who collaborates effectively with colleagues
Experience supporting teachers through mentoring, professional development, or training preferred

Compensation and Benefits: The compensation and benefits information below is accurate as of the date of this posting. The Company reserves the right to modify this information at any time, with or without notice, subject to applicable law. The annual starting salary for this position is between $50,000 $55,000 annually. Factors which may affect starting pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
