As a Technical Recruiter, you will be responsible for all aspects of the sourcing and hiring of IT professionals to fill technical positions. You will be responsible for building strategies to engage and build relationships with world class talent within the information technology communities. Throughout the entire process, you will provide unparalleled experience, while serving as an advisor to candidates and internal partners alike. Qualifications Technical expertise with an ability to understand and explain job requirements for IT roles. Ability to build rapport and establish trust with individuals in a highly competitive market. Manage an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to fasten and professionalize our hiring processes. Track and report on recruiting KPIs. Requirements Bachelor's degree. Three (3) + years of full cycle IT recruiting experience for an innovative and scaling organization.
