About the Role: At Boston Scientific, the Sr. Global Supply Chain Planner, Forecasting & Inventory collaborates to plan for and maintain appropriate levels of finished good inventories & forecast performance. Drives business execution of new programs and initiatives that include forecast & inventory coordination for key events, segmentation assignment and management and new product launches. Monitors key sales and operations planning performance indicators, cost to serve performance data, and coordinates cross functional work teams to increase effectiveness of supply chain initiatives. Helps to drive end to end thinking and agility across value streams with the end customer in mind.
Your Responsibilities Include:
What We're Looking For: Required Qualifications: Bachelor's degree required. Supply Chain, Analytics, Operations focus preferred. 6+ years' experience in supply chain, materials management, manufacturing planning or inventory control function. Demand forecasting and inventory control experience preferred. Working experience with SAP and Rapid Response or an equivalent DRP, MPS, MRP, or ERP System. Advanced PC skills utilizing such software programs as Teams, Excel, Access, Word, and PowerPoint. Demonstrated ability to lead, mentor, problem solve and influence change. Preferred Qualifications: Global Supply Chain experience preferred. APICS certification preferred. Master's degree preferred. Medical device experience preferred.
