Server Assistant Needed for busy new fun and casual high-volume upscale Italian Restaurant at Tatum & Deer Valley. SFIZIO Modern Italian Kitchen 21050 N Tatum Blvd Phoenix, AZ 85050 Responsibilities Responsible for providing a positive first and last impression. You will greet customers as they enter and exit the restaurant, take and manage reservations, control a waiting list, provide guests with menus, and show guests to their table. You will answer phone calls and customer inquiries about the restaurant. You will assist various restaurant staff at a Manager's discretion when necessary. Greeting guests as they enter and putting them on a waiting list as necessary with menus and answering any initial questions. Seating guests at tables they prefer, while keeping table rotation in mind so that servers receive the right number of customers. Engaging with guests to ensure they\'re happy with food and service.
