Texas/Remote| Full-time

Zonda is seeking a Senior Manager, Advisory for immediate hire. This role will collaborate with Vice Presidents, Senior Vice Presidents, and Principals to lead market research and data analysis for residential real estate development, with a primary focus on Texas markets. The ideal candidate brings expertise across all real estate land uses, with particular strengths in homebuilding and residential development. Success in this role requires the ability to manage competing priorities and juggle multiple projects to meet critical deadlines.

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Drive strategic direction on client engagements by leading analysis, shaping recommendations, and delivering compelling presentations.
  • Apply both creative and analytical skills simultaneously to solve complex market challenges.
  • Own the research process from planning through executionfeasibility studies, market planning, demand/supply analysisworking independently with limited oversight.
  • Travel regularly (up to 30%) to conduct field research in local and national markets.
  • Gather and integrate data from diverse internal and external sources to support client needs.
  • Build and refine visual exhibit packages that communicate analytical insights effectively.
  • Translate research findings into clear, actionable recommendations and strategic conclusions.
  • Maintain strong client relationships through regular presentations and collaborative engagement.
  • Flex across team priorities and contribute to collective success.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in real estate, business, economics or related field (graduate degree a plus).
  • Direct experience in market research and the home-building industry.
  • Work with all levels of professional personnel, both junior and senior.
  • Willingness/ability to travel (usually not more than 30% of the time).
  • Excellent verbal and analytical written communication skills.
  • Advanced software skills: Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • Organized, reliable, trustworthy, dedicated individual.
  • Works well in pressure situations.
