Position Summary: The Sales Support and Marketing Assistant will provide administrative and operational support to the sales and marketing teams, helping to drive customer engagement, streamline processes, and support marketing initiatives. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented, organized individual with excellent communication skills and a passion for contributing to a team's success.

Key Responsibilities include the following; other duties may be assigned:

Sales Support:

  • Manage and maintain customer records in the CRM system, ensuring all data is accurate and up-to-date.
  • Manage a sample library and sample program for all products
  • Prepare regular sales reports and analysis to support decision-making.(market trends, import data)
  • Assist in lead generation, qualification and follow up with onboarding new customers.
  • Provide support for sales campaigns and initiatives, including email and direct marketing efforts and trade show follow ups.
  • Assist with the planning and coordinate all aspects of trade shows and events, including logistics, booth design, shipping, and on-site management.
  • Develop detailed project timelines, budgets, and checklists to ensure successful execution.

Marketing Support:

  • Coordinate marketing campaigns and initiatives, including digital, print, and event marketing for North America
  • Assist in Maintaining the company's social media accounts, posting relevant and engaging content.
  • Assist in creating marketing materials such as brochures, presentations, and newsletters.
  • Track and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns.
  • Support event planning and execution, including trade shows, webinars, and promotional activities.
  • Assist with managing cobranding platform.

Administrative Tasks:

  • Manage schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements for the sales and marketing teams.
  • Handle general office duties such as document preparation, data entry, and correspondence.
  • Follows all food safety procedures and practices to promote our food safety culture.
  • Maintain and organize shared files and databases for the teams.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
  • Experience: 1–3 years of experience in sales support, marketing, or a related role.
  • Skills:
    • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Dynamics 365, Salesforce).
    • Basic understanding of digital marketing tools and platforms
    • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.

  • Extended periods spent sitting/standing at desk in front of computer screen.

Work Environment:
