What You'll Do:

• Respond quickly to emergencies (water, fire, mold, and storm damage)

• Perform restoration services including water extraction, demolition, equipment setup, and site cleanup

• Load and maintain tools, equipment, and supplies in company vehicles

• Identify safety hazards and communicate needs to your supervisor

• Work respectfully and professionally in customers' homes and businesses

• Support job documentation through notes, photos, and communication

What You Bring:

• Previous experience in construction, handyman work, restoration, air duct cleaning, HVAC cleaning, or indoor air quality services is a plus

• Valid driver's license + clean driving record

• Must be 21+ years old to drive company vehicles

• Comfortable with physical work, tight spaces, ladders, and lifting 50+ lbs
  
• Willingness to work on-call shifts (rotation includes some evenings, weekends, and holidays)

• IICRC certification is a bonus -but not required
