About The Internship Our internship is an immersive experience that exposes students to all aspects of restaurant operations, with a particular focus on daily service and management functions. Interns will primarily apprentice in staff‑level roles, gaining first‑hand experience in key service areas, while also having the opportunity to shadow management in areas such as: Hiring, training, and team development Inventory management and cost control P&L oversight and financial analysis Guest relations and hospitality excellence Previous restaurant experience is helpful but not required—what matters most is your enthusiasm, work ethic, and commitment to learning.
