Resident Services Coordinator -Grow, Create, and Lead!

What You’ll Do as a Resident Service Manager:
• Develop and coordinate programs, events, and initiatives
• Connect residents with community resources and services
• Track programs, referrals, and resident interactions
• Support leasing, applications, and resident communications
• Collaborate with property management and community partners
• Help maintain a positive, well-run community environment
What We’re Looking For:
• Experience in social services, housing, or community outreach
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and think proactively
• Comfortable handling sensitive situations with professionalism
• Experience planning events or programs is a plus
