Detail-oriented and highly organized, the Remote Payroll Specialist will prepare and process bi-weekly payroll for over 250 employees and contractors while ensuring compliance and supporting accounting operations in a fully remote, full-time position. Key responsibilities Preparing and processing twice-monthly payroll accurately and on time Maintaining confidentiality of sensitive payroll information and resolving payroll-related inquiries Collaborating with the Accounting Team to reconcile payroll transactions and assist with Accounts Payable and Receivable data entry Required qualifications 2 to 3 years of payroll experience Proficiency in payroll software, preferably QuickBooks Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information appropriately Experience with payroll reconciliations and compliance requirements Strong organizational skills and ability to meet tight deadlines
