Zscaler’s purpose-built security platform puts a company’s defenses and controls where the connections occur—the internet—so that every connection is fast and secure, no matter how or where users connect or where their applications and workloads reside.Job DescriptionJoining the Americas Engineering, Product Mgmt, and G & A Recruiting Team as our newest Recruiting Coordinator, you will provide critical scheduling support by triaging between candidates, recruiters and hiring teams to ensure a positive recruiting experience. This role includes scheduling and coordinating video and in-person interviews, managing interview schedules, posting/editing jobs, tracking information as needed, as well as assisting with other aspects of the hiring process. As our ideal candidate you will join a fast paced and highly collaborative recruiting team that value people and delivering a high level of service. This is a great entry-level role for the right individual who is interested in HR or staffing and is fearless about engaging with and talking to a diverse audience as it relates to recruiting.Responsibilities:Become well-versed with our Applicant Tracking System – Smart Recruiters. Schedule (and reschedule) Zoom and in-person interviews, both locally as well as for remote offices across the U.S. and worldwideConfirm interview dates and details with candidates via email and/or via phoneHelp out with ad-hoc projects as they come upQualificationsA Bachelor’s degree from an accredited InstitutionMust be highly organized, detail-oriented, and have the ability to multi-task. Previous coordination experience in a fast-paced, high-volume HR or staffing-related environment, preferably in a high-tech industry.
