ABOUT OUR AGENCY:
Our agency opened in 2025 and is a growing team of four. I bring over 24 years of experience with State Farm, including time as an agent, in leadership, and now back into agency ownership. That experience has helped shape a strong, well-rounded approach to building a successful and supportive office.

Im a graduate of the University of Maryland and a proud parent of three. Family is incredibly important to me, and outside of work I enjoy skiing and spending time with my kids. I stay actively involved in the community by serving on local boards, including organizations that support the homeless and the Latin American community.

ROLE DESCRIPTION:
Tim Winter - State Farm Agent is a leading insurance agency dedicated to providing exceptional service to our customers. We are currently seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as a Receptionist - State Farm Agent Team Member.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Greet customers warmly in person and over the phone, directing them to the appropriate team members.
  • Manage appointment scheduling and office communications.
  • Assist in handling incoming inquiries and maintaining customer records.
  • Engage in conversations with prospective and existing customers, identifying opportunities to offer insurance options.
  • Provide excellent customer service and follow up on customers needs.
  • Support the team with various administrative tasks and projects.
QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role.
  • Communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Comfortable with engaging in sales conversations.
  • Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
