ABOUT OUR AGENCY:
Our agency opened in 2020 and is a close-knit team of three focused on building strong relationships and delivering meaningful service to our customers. Before becoming a State Farm agent, I spent 13 years working in State Farm corporate, which gave me a strong foundation in the business and a customer-first mindset.
Im a proud parent of two high schoolers, and family plays a big role in both my personal life and how I run the office. We stay very active in the community through involvement with the Chamber, local Uptown events like movie nights, and organizations such as the Animal Rescue League. Giving back and staying connected locally is something we truly value.

ROLE DESCRIPTION:
Reyna Immerfall - State Farm Agent is a leading insurance agency dedicated to providing exceptional service to our customers. We are currently seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as a Receptionist - State Farm Agent Team Member.

RESPONSIBILITIES: - Greet customers warmly in person and over the phone, directing them to the appropriate team members.
- Manage appointment scheduling and office communications.
- Assist in handling incoming inquiries and maintaining customer records.
- Engage in conversations with prospective and existing customers, identifying opportunities to offer insurance options.
- Provide excellent customer service and follow up on customers needs.
- Support the team with various administrative tasks and projects.
QUALIFICATIONS: - Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role.
- Communication and interpersonal skills.
- Organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Comfortable with engaging in sales conversations.
- Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
