Our agency first opened in 1995, but my journey with State Farm goes back even further. I began as an agent in 1981, transitioned into management for a number of years, and then returned to agency ownership in 1995. Today, Im proud to lead a team of five who share the same commitment to integrity and community that has guided my career for decades.
Were deeply involved in our community and honored to have been named the best insurance agency in the area multiple times. Im active with the Chamber of Commerce, serve on the Board of Directors for BSCA, and proudly support causes such as Scamp for special needs children, March of Dimes, MS, Little League, St. Jude, and Tunnel to Towers.

ROLE DESCRIPTION:
Larry Lukovich - State Farm Agent is a leading insurance agency dedicated to providing exceptional service to our customers. We are currently seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as a Receptionist - State Farm Agent Team Member.

RESPONSIBILITIES: - Greet customers warmly in person and over the phone, directing them to the appropriate team members.
- Manage appointment scheduling and office communications.
- Assist in handling incoming inquiries and maintaining customer records.
- Engage in conversations with prospective and existing customers, identifying opportunities to offer insurance options.
- Provide excellent customer service and follow up on customers needs.
- Support the team with various administrative tasks and projects.
QUALIFICATIONS: - Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role.
- Communication and interpersonal skills.
- Organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Comfortable with engaging in sales conversations.
- Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
