ABOUT OUR AGENCY:
Our agency opened in 2022 and is a growing team of three focused on building a strong, service-driven office. Before becoming a State Farm agent, I spent 26 years in the broadcast industry as a meteorologist, which helped develop strong communication skills and a passion for connecting with people.

Im a graduate of Mississippi State University and a proud spouse and parent of two. As a family, we love to travel and are big Disney fans, always looking forward to our next adventure together. We stay involved in the community by sponsoring local sports teams and supporting youth activities.

ROLE DESCRIPTION:
Craig Carnesi - State Farm Agent is a leading insurance agency dedicated to providing exceptional service to our customers. We are currently seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as a Receptionist - State Farm Agent Team Member.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Greet customers warmly in person and over the phone, directing them to the appropriate team members.
  • Manage appointment scheduling and office communications.
  • Assist in handling incoming inquiries and maintaining customer records.
  • Engage in conversations with prospective and existing customers, identifying opportunities to offer insurance options.
  • Provide excellent customer service and follow up on customers needs.
  • Support the team with various administrative tasks and projects.
QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role.
  • Communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Comfortable with engaging in sales conversations.
  • Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
