ABOUT OUR AGENCY:
Im currently in my sixth year as a State Farm agent, with a total of eight years of experience with the company. Before opening my agency, I worked for a State Farm agent in Springfield, and prior to that grew up in the car business experiences that shaped my relationship-driven approach and appreciation for teamwork.
Our office is home to eight team members, and we truly operate like a small family. We prioritize training and development, believe strongly in promoting from within, and make time to connect through regular team lunches and outings. Community involvement is important to us, and we stay active through events such as Neighborhood Housing Services of Chicagos Annual NeighborWorks Day.
We offer a competitive compensation structure and we reimburse licensing costs after 6 months of successful employment. ANDREW WRIGHT - State Farm Agent is a leading insurance agency dedicated to providing exceptional service to our customers. We are currently seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as a Receptionist - State Farm Agent Team Member.

Responsibilities: - Greet customers warmly in person and over the phone, directing them to the appropriate team members.
- Manage appointment scheduling and office communications.
- Assist in handling incoming inquiries and maintaining customer records.
- Engage in conversations with prospective and existing customers, identifying opportunities to offer insurance options.
- Provide excellent customer service and follow up on customers needs.
- Support the team with various administrative tasks and projects.
Qualifications: - Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role.
- Communication and interpersonal skills.
- Organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Comfortable with engaging in sales conversations.
- Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
