Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Real Estate Leads Manager to support a fast-paced real estate brokerage environment. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and routing incoming leads, tracking lead performance, and ensuring timely follow-up across internal teams and partner platforms. The ideal candidate has experience working with large U.S. real estate brokerages and understands the importance of responsiveness, organization, and accurate lead distribution in driving agent success and client satisfaction. You will collaborate closely with agents, operations teams, and relocation partners to maintain efficient lead workflows, monitor pipeline activity, and identify gaps or delays in response times. This position requires strong communication skills, analytical thinking, and hands-on experience with real estate lead management systems and relocation platforms. Key Responsibilities Assign and manage incoming real estate leads across internal and partner platforms Track lead activity, status, and agent performance Coordinate with agents and internal teams to ensure timely follow-up Maintain accurate records and ensure proper lead routing Monitor lead pipelines and flag delays or gaps in response time Communicate professionally with internal stakeholders and partners Qualifications 2+ years of experience in real estate lead management or relocation coordination (U.S. market) Experience working with large real estate brokerages (e.g., Sotheby's International Realty, Compass Real Estate, or similar) Hands-on experience with one or more of the following platforms: eRelocation (ASK) AnywheRE / Leads Engine (Realogy) Broker Center (Cartus) Global Referral Network (Sotheby's) CIH Network (Compass) Strong understanding of lead routing, referral systems, and agent coordination Excellent written and spoken English Highly organized with strong attention to detail Compensation & Benefits USD Salary.
