Key Responsibilities

• Draft and negotiate complex real estate agreements, including purchase agreements, leases, easements, and development contracts

• Advise clients on real estate aspects of large-scale energy and infrastructure projects, including renewable energy developments

• Collaborate with project finance attorneys on integrated real estate and financing transactions

• Conduct due diligence related to land acquisition, title, and development matters

• Provide strategic legal guidance on project structuring and risk allocation

• Work directly with clients and cross-functional teams to ensure efficient deal execution

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience as a Real Estate Associate Attorney or similar role

• Strong background in commercial real estate transactions and development

• Experience drafting and negotiating real estate documentation

• Exposure to renewable energy or infrastructure projects preferred

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school with strong academic credentials

• Admission to practice law in a U.S. jurisdiction (Texas Bar preferred or eligibility considered)

• Excellent drafting, analytical, and communication skills

• Ability to manage complex transactions and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams
