Stevens Industries is hiring a Production Supervisor for our 1st shift operations. We're looking for someone with hands-on experience in manufacturing and a track record of leading teams to success. Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and schedule production activities to meet daily targets
• Ensure product quality and quantity meet company standards
• Manage inventory of raw materials, finished goods, and equipment
• Collaborate with engineering, logistics, HR, and maintenance teams
• Train, motivate, and evaluate production staff
• Enforce safety procedures and maintain a safe work environment
• Identify and resolve production issues quickly and effectively
• Maintain accurate production reports and records

Requirements

• Experience supervising in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
• Solid understanding of production processes, quality control, and lean manufacturing
• Proven ability to lead and motivate diverse teams
• Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and relevant production software

Salary Description

$55,000 to $60,000
