Come join our small, but mighty team in helping customers with scheduling swimming pool service, maintenance & repairs.

Purpose:

Pure Water Pools of Naples is looking for a full-time pool cleaning technician to join our team. Position is Monday through Friday starting in the early morning, totaling 40 hours per week. The hourly rate is $23 to $25, with an eligibility for a variety of benefits. The ideal person for this position will love to work outdoors.

Applicant needs to have strong customer service skills and be self-motivated, team player. The job is mostly independent work and involves traveling from customer to customer in a company provided vehicle.

Key Responsibilities:

• Inspect pool equipment and notify office staff of any problems or concerns.
• Brush, vacuum and clean tile for residential and commercial pool customers.
• Test and adjust water chemistry.
• Clean filter elements or grids, as needed.
• Clean pump and skimmer baskets, routinely.
• Record all data on a company issued iPad.
• Any other assigned duties related to the maintaining of a swimming pool.

Performance Incentive:

• This position has the potential of earning a performance incentive each month.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Ability to pass a background check.
• Ability to use a smart device.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Reliable transportation to and from work.
• Knowledge in the pool industry is a plus, but not required.
• Follow all safety protocols within industry standards to ensure a safe working environment.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1 year minimum experience required

Physical Requirements of the Position:

• This job requires the lifting, moving, and handling of heavy equipment & materials.
• Must be able to stand, bend, stoop, and stretch with frequency throughout an 8-hour shift.
