** Position: ** Personal Injury Litigation Attorney
** Location: ** Fort Worth, TX
** Employment Type: ** Full-Time or Part-Time

Key Responsibilities :

• ** Depositions and some Trial Work: **
• ** Discovery: ** Manage the discovery process, including document review, interrogatories, and preparing/defending depositions.
• ** Advocacy: ** Conduct and defend hearings, mediate disputes, and actively participate in trial preparation and execution.
• ** Legal Research: ** Utilize legal research tools like LexisNexis or Westlaw to analyze case law, statutes, and regulations.
• ** Client Relations: ** Advise clients on legal risks and strategies, providing regular updates on case progression.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school and active membership in the State Bar of Texas in good standing.
• Mandatory experience in personal injury litigation.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple cases effectively.
• Deposition and Trial experience mandatory.
