Position Overview

FrankCrum Staffing is seeking a compassionate and highly organized Patient Care Coordinator to support front office operations and enhance patient experience. This role is vital in creating a welcoming, respectful, and efficient environment for individuals seeking care, many of whom are underserved or face barriers to treatment. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, calm under pressure, and passionate about helping others while keeping a busy clinic running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities

Patient Experience

1. Greet patients and visitors with warmth, dignity, and professionalism
2. Support patients with empathy, ensuring they feel comfortable and heard
3. Assist diverse and underserved populations with patience and respect
4. Manage daily front desk operations and patient flow
5. Answer phones, schedule and confirm appointments
6. Maintain organized patient records, referrals, and documentation
7. Ensure a clean, organized reception and office space
8. Coordinate lab cases and support treatment workflows
9. Collaborate with staff, volunteers, and external partners
10. Ensure compliance with HIPAA and clinic policies
11. Encourage completion of patient surveys for grant reporting
12. Collect testimonials and assist with before/after documentation

Qualifications

1. Strong organizational and multitasking skills
2. Excellent communication and phone etiquette
3. Compassionate, patient-centered mindset
4. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
5. Experience in dental setting preferred
6. Familiarity with Dentrix and Microsoft Office a plus

Education & Experience

1. High school diploma or equivalent required
2. Minimum 1 year administrative or healthcare experience preferred

Schedule & Environment

• Full-time, Monday–Friday (8-hour shifts)
