Pay: $17-$20/hour (Based on Experience)

Royalty Roofing , a leading local provider of roofing and exterior home services, is hiring a Part-Time Office Assistant to support our North Canton office. This position is perfect for someone who is dependable, detail-oriented, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Answer and direct incoming phone calls professionally
Assist customers with basic questions and provide friendly, helpful service
Perform data entry with accuracy and efficiency
Support general administrative needs, including filing, document organization, and scheduling
Assist the office and accounting teams with day-to-day tasks
Maintain a courteous and professional demeanor in all interactions
Work Schedule:
20 to 35 hours per week
Weekend availability (Saturday and Sunday) is required: 9:00AM to 5:00PM on Saturdays, 9:00AM to 3:00PM on Sundays)
Must be available to work Fridays 1pm-7pm
Qualifications:
Strong verbal communication skills and professional phone etiquette
Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with data entry
Organized, dependable, and detail-focused
Ability to manage multiple tasks and work independently
Prior office or customer service experience preferred, but not required
