ComForCare Caregiver Opportunity

We are hiring compassionate CNAs and HHAs to provide exceptional one-on-one care in the Simsbury, Granby, Canton, Avon, and surrounding areas.

Caregiver Responsibilities:

• Assist clients with daily living activities, including personal care and mobility (transfers and range of motion exercises).
• Handle meal planning, preparation, and feeding.
• Perform light housekeeping duties.
• Provide companionship and respite services for families.
• Offer transportation for appointments, shopping, and other activities (if needed).

What We Look For:

• A minimum two years of documented experience with seniors.
• Current State Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) or Home Health Aide (HHA) certification (preferred).
• TB test copy is required.
• Successful completion of a drug test and background check.
• Experience with a Hoyer lift (a plus).
• Experience with Dementia/Hospice/end-of-life care (a plus).
• Driver's license with insured and reliable vehicle (preferred).
