Painter (Independent Contractor) – Cleveland Area

Earn $150–$300+ per day | Weekly Pay | No Sales or Customer Hassle

Refresh is looking to  add to our painting team . If you’re a dependable painter who takes pride in clean, consistent work, we’d love to meet you.

Refresh specializes in  vacant apartment repaints , which means:

• No furniture to move
• No customers watching over your shoulder
• Faster job times
• A predictable, repeatable workflow

Required Skills & Responsibilities

• Inspect work areas, review scope, and request change orders when needed
• Minor drywall repair (patching holes, dents, imperfections)
• Cut and roll  walls and ceilings
• Paint trim, doors, and frames
• Cabinet painting with proper prep and finish
• Repainting units to Refresh standards
• Color changes with proper coverage and prep
• Large drywall repair/replacement (a plus, not required)

Pay

Painters typically earn $150–$300+ per day , depending on speed, quality, and consistency.
Your earnings are based on productivity, so motivated painters earn more.
