ICON Injection Molding is a plastic injection molding company located in North Phoenix. We are seeking warehouse/general labor/assembly workers to join our team in the base-level position of Operator. No prior experience is necessary but experience in manufacturing, assembly, or warehouse is a plus. The job includes standing for long periods of time, fine motor skills with hands, acute visual attention to detail, and repeatedly lifting approximately 35 lbs (up to 50 lbs).Consistent, on-time attendance is extremely important.

Compensation is $15.30 hour.

Shift Options Are:

First Shift: Mon. - Fri. 6 AM - 2:30 PM

Second Shift: Mon. Fri. 2 PM 10:30 PM

Third Shift: Mon. - Fri. 10 PM - 6:30 AM

Weekend Shift:Fri. 6 AM - 2:30 PM, Sat. & Sun. 6 AM - 6:30 PM, Mon. 6 AM - 2:30 PM

Weekend Night Shift: Fri. 10 PM - 6:30 AM, Sat. & Sun. 6 PM - 6:30 AM, Mon. 10 PM - 6:30 AM

*All shifts listed are 40 hours total - We do not offer part-time employment

Position Requirements:

• Attend to a running injection molding press by following written work instructions
  • Stand at press
  • Open door/bend/crouch/twist/reach to collect plastic part(s)
  • Visually inspect for defects
  • Perform secondary operation such as using clippers, trimming knife, or other hand tool/small equipment
  • Package parts(s)
  • Repeat!
