Medical Device Sales Associate needed!

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Partner directly with a Territory Manager to grow a ~$3M book of business
  • Be in the field daily—meeting physicians, supporting cases, and building relationships
  • Assist with procedures and patient support (you’ll see the full patient journey)
  • Learn the business through ride-alongs, OR exposure, and sales calls
  • Manage and grow your own accounts within your first year
  • Help drive new trials and business opportunities (goal: 3–5+ trials/quarter)
  • Attend and support educational events, dinners, and meetings

Who They’re Looking For:

  • This is NOT a clinical specialist role—it’s for someone who wants to sell, build relationships, and grow a territory.

Strong fits include:

  • 1–3 years of B2B sales experience (ADP, Paychex, Enterprise, etc. are highly valued)
  • Candidates from pharma, biotech, or medical device backgrounds
  • Nurses or Physical Therapists who have successfully transitioned into sales
  • High-energy, personable individuals who thrive in face-to-face environments
  • Candidates with strong work ethic—this role requires flexibility (early mornings, occasional weekends for cases)

Not a fit:

  • Job hoppers (multiple short stints under 2 years)
  • Purely clinical backgrounds (e.g., PTs without sales experience)

What Success Looks Like:

  • Build strong relationships with physicians and healthcare teams
  • Consistently generate new business and trial activity
  • Develop into an independent rep managing your own territory within ~12–24 months

Compensation & Perks:

  • Base Salary: ~$40K (flexible for stronger candidates)
  • Commission: ~$40K+
  • Bonus: ~$10K
  • Total OTE: $90K–$110K
